Beacon Home Care provides home health aide's to come to client's homes and assist with personal care, socialization, errands, and more.

Home Health is the Medicare-covered services that patients receive when they discharge from the hospital or rehabilitation center. The services are medical in nature and include nurses and therapy services to help ease the transition back to the home. Home Care is non-medical assistance.

Home care is paid out-of-pocket, but clients can utilize their Long Term Care policy, if they have one. The VA may pay for home care for veterans.

Home Care costs depend on the type of assistance that is needed, as well as the number of hours needed. While shorter visits are possible, the hourly cost may be higher to secure the right caregiver from our company.

Beacon's owners also run the Town Square Sarasota Senior Day Center. This is a spectacular center that provides engagement, care and socialization Monday through Friday 8:30-4:30. The day center is a fraction of home care costs and help stretch a budget while also providing an incredible experience each day. Utilizing this program and adding in Home Care for evenings and weekends helps seniors age at home.
