After launching Town Square Sarasota, our senior day care center, we spent years listening closely to families and understanding where support was still missing.
What we heard consistently was the need for trusted care beyond daytime hours — in the evenings, overnight, and on weekends.
Beacon Home Care was created to meet that need. Our in-home care services extend the same thoughtful, engagement-focused approach families already trust at Town Square Sarasota, allowing seniors to remain safe, supported, and connected at home.
All Beacon caregivers are trained on-site at Town Square Sarasota, learning not only how to assist with daily needs, but how to engage, reassure, and respect each individual and family we serve.

Michael and Sherri Finn founded Town Square Sarasota to provide meaningful daytime engagement for seniors. As families began seeking support beyond daytime hours, they recognized the need for trusted in-home care.
Beacon Home Care was created to bridge that gap — helping seniors live safely and comfortably at home while giving families confidence and peace of mind.

Supporting caregivers so families receive consistent, high-quality care.
With over 11 years of healthcare experience, including four years with HCA, Lee oversees caregiver support, training coordination, and team development at Beacon Home Care.
Her work ensures caregivers are prepared, supported, and able to provide reliable, compassionate care to seniors.
Lisa Robins
RN, Care Manager
Clinical oversight focused on safety, independence, and aging in place.
With more than 15 years of nursing experience across acute care, rehabilitation, and long-term care, Lisa provides clinical guidance to support seniors and their families.
Her expertise helps ensure care plans promote independence while giving families confidence in the quality of care.
